Music Ministry
The major objective of the Music Ministry is to provide music for Worship Services at Mount Zion Church and minister, through, music, throughout the community.

   Diaconate Ministry
The purpose of the Diaconate (Deacon and Deaconess) is to serve as vehicles of directing others beyond themselves toward Christ and to assist the pastor in performing pastoral responsibilities.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee verifies the financial records of the Church; validates the weekly financial reports; prepares monthly financial reports; and prepares a proposed budget and recommends it to the Church for consideration at the Annual Church meetings.

  Health Ministry
The nurses provide safe and orderly care to members of the congregation in response to illness. The goal is to provide basic emergency care minimizing interruption to the church service.

The purpose of the Men’s ministry is to provide comfortable environment for men to experience and grow stronger in Christ.

  Missionary Society
The purpose of the Mt. Zion Missionary Society is to reach out in love to provide leadership and organization to special mission projects at home and abroad.		  

Mt. Zion Federal Credit Union The purpose of the Credit Union is to promote thrift among its members by creating a source of credit for useful purposes.

  Church School
The Church School’s purpose is to reach children as well as adults for Christ and Church membership through Bible study, which leads them toward Spiritual growth through outreach, witnessing and ministering to the needs of the persons within Bible Study.

  The Social Club was organized to meet a special need existing within our Church-that that that of the involving members in the social amenities of the church family.   Trustee Ministry
The Trustees conserve the assets of the Church and strive to protect the business reputation of the Church in the community.

  Women’s Ministry
The purpose of the Women’s Ministry is for the older Women to teach the younger women Titus 2:4.
